Refund policy
All sales are final. As Mairro products are homemade food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end (wrong flavour, filling, or a quality concern from our kitchen), you may request either a full refund or a free rebake at no additional cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will still apply to rebaked orders.
To be eligible, you must email us at mairroseason@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected items. Claims submitted after this window will no longer be valid.
Please note that Mairro is not liable for damage caused by shipping handling or weather conditions during transit. We encourage customers to choose a reliable delivery service or opt for pickup (available soon) to ensure their order arrives in good condition.
