Shipping policy

Mairro operates on a pre-order basis with order windows opening every Saturday at 10:00 AM and closing Sunday at 5:00 PM, or until sold out. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and are typically shipped out on the third day.

Delivery is available islandwide via Lalamove or Grab Express. Customers may choose their preferred courier or book their own rider. All shipping fees are shouldered by the customer and are computed in real time by the courier app based on factors like distance, traffic, and rider availability.

If you are unavailable on your scheduled delivery date, you may request the next available day. Please note that same-day changes are not guaranteed.

In-person pickup will be available soon. For customers outside Metro Manila or farther areas, we are currently working with distribution partners to offer more affordable shipping options — stay tuned!
